Why choose our Ash Skirting Boards?

Ash is a hardwood that is sometimes used as an alternative to Oak. With Ash skirting boards you retain the benefits of a hardwood at a slightly cheaper price than Oak.

Like Oak, the wood is strong and durable, with little need for maintenance.

We machine our Ash skirting to a high standard, leaving little or no need to sand after installation. All our skirting undergoes rigorous quality control processes, ensuring a superb final product.

Ash timber has a wider grain compared to Oak and is generally lighter in colour. This natural tone is pleasant and neutral, but also takes to finishes well.

Some combine Ash with an Oak coloured finish to achieve the appearance of Oak, at a slightly lower price.

Any profile/moulding in our extensive range can be applied to Ash skirting. View our full range here.
