Do you offer samples?
- We offer FREE samples in standard profiles. To show our customers the quality of our products, using the latest high tech computer controlled machines to ensure a high-quality finish.
Where can I get technical help with a Product?
- Our technical team is available from 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-3pm on Fridays. Please contact us on 0121 356 7046 for more details or email us at email@example.com
Will the Delivery driver carry the goods inside my property?
Due to insurance guidelines, our drivers are unable to enter private residences however we will assess the situation and provide the best service as possible on site. The recipients of the goods are responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made.
Will my order include a Sales and a VAT receipt?
Receipts are sent via email unless visiting on site in which we will print a copy for you to take with you along with enclosing the receipts in your order. Copies of receipts and invoices are always available on request. Any additional copies can be requested.
Will I be contacted before delivery?
If you'd like to specify a pre-delivery notification we'll be able to arrange a phone call an hour to 30-minutes before delivery if required. Your order will be dispatched in within 5-10 working days. In the unlikely event, there is an issue, we will contact you.
Are your Materials sustainable?
At Knowles, we take our environmental responsibilities seriously, we use rigorous verification systems to monitor our supplies. We have Environmental Chain of Custody Certification for the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC).
How do I buy?
- Credit cards payments are accepted. Credit accounts can be set up for trade customers. Not Trade? You can either buy Online using our Secure Checkout, visit us on site, or you can Telephone us on 0121 3567 046 and place the order over the Phone.
- Our products as standard are 2-7 days (depending on the material) if you'd like a later delivery or to arrange a different courier please specify this to our sales team via a contact form or phone call and we will try our best to accommodate.
- We offer weekend delivery as an additional charge.
How will my products arrive?
- We endeavour to call ahead on request, giving you time to arrange collection from your front door. The products will arrive in the best quality packaging materials including edge protectors and shrink wrapping are used to prevent transit damage along with your invoice receipts and purchase order.
Can I add an additional finish or items to my order if I have already purchased it?
- Of course, Simply drop us an Email or Call us on 0121 3567046 and quote your Order Reference, tell us what you want to add, we will add it for you. This may adjust delivery times and costings but we'll talk you through the process.

If there is a particular size or thickness that you need that isn’t listed on our website, don’t worry. We can Cut and Machine to almost any thickness and size you need. To take advantage of this you will need to call us on 01213567046.
